BOYS & GIRLS
MIDDLE SCHOOL TRYOUTS WILL BEGIN IN JANUARY

NOTE: If you missed the opportunity to play with us and still looking for a team, please contact us.

STEP ONE

All players must be registered with USAV (GEVA) in order to tryout. You MUST bring your MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH YOU TO TRYOUT.

All players must fill out the Club Attack registration form in order to try out.

STEP THREE

Download the USAV Medical Form and the Gym Waiver, fill out and sign both forms and bring them with you to tryouts. YOU MUST HAVE THESE FORMS IN ORDER TO TRYOUT.

After completing steps one, two and three, players must lastly pay the tryout fee of $100 upon arrival.
